Gymnaster savatieri
Height x Spread: 50cm x 50cmÂ
Delicate single palest lilac to white daisy flowers with striking yellow centres are carried on branching stems with fuzzy green foliage. Â
Commonly known as the ‘naked aster’, this plant can be hard to find in the UK but is very useful. Â We love it for its ability to thrive in a site in partial shade with reasonably moist, free draining soil, which other flowering plants might struggle in. Â It can cope with more sun too. Â Easy to grow, it makes an excellent cut flower. Â Butterflies find it irresistible. Â
